1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order placed for the supply of research compounds by Peptyx in England and Wales. By accessing the Site or placing an order you agree to these terms in full.

2. Research use only
All Products supplied by the Company are intended exclusively for laboratory research and development purposes. They are not licensed medicines, are not approved by the MHRA for human or veterinary use, and must not be administered, ingested, inhaled, or otherwise consumed.

By placing an order you warrant that you are a qualified researcher, research institution, or organisation acquiring the Products for legitimate, lawful research purposes only.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and resident in the United Kingdom to purchase from this Site.

4. Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. Pricing may be updated without notice.

5. Cancellation and returns
Due to the nature of the Products (sterile lyophilised compounds), we are unable to accept returns once a package has been delivered and accepted, except where the Product is faulty, damaged in transit, or differs from what was ordered.

6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability arising out of any single order shall be limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.

7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
