Dispatch timeframe
Orders placed before 14:00 GMT on a working day are picked, packed, and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that cut-off, or at weekends and UK bank holidays, ship on the next working day.

UK delivery
All UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD Next Day depending on order weight and destination postcode. A tracking number is emailed to you at the point of dispatch.

UK mainland: 1 working day after dispatch
Highlands & Islands: 2–3 working days
Northern Ireland: 2 working days

Shipping is free on all UK orders over £100. Below that threshold a flat fee of £6.50 applies.

Cold-chain packaging
All temperature-sensitive compounds are dispatched with insulated packaging and gel ice packs validated to maintain ≤ 8 °C for up to 72 hours in transit. On arrival, vials should be transferred to −20 °C storage as soon as practicable.

Packaging
Outers are unbranded, plain card, and bear no reference to product contents on the exterior. Internal documentation includes lot numbers, dispatch date, and any applicable batch reference numbers.

International orders
We currently dispatch within the United Kingdom only.

Issues with your order
If a package arrives damaged, late, or with discrepancies, contact hello@peptyx.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.
